1. Who we are

Riverbank Adelaide is an independent editorial website about Eos by SkyCity in Adelaide, South Australia. It is not the hotel’s website and is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with Eos by SkyCity, SkyCity Adelaide or SkyCity Entertainment Group. Names of the hotel and its venues are used only to identify them.

2. Information on this site

We write from published sources and date the facts we use. Hotels, venues and organisers change hours, prices, rooms and programmes without telling us, so information can go out of date. Always confirm important details — especially prices, opening hours and event dates — with the hotel or organiser before you rely on them. Images on this site are illustrations, not photographs of the hotel.

3. Room requests are not bookings

Sending the request form asks our booking desk to check availability and rates. It does not create a reservation, a contract or any obligation to pay. A booking exists only when you accept an offer and the hotel or booking partner confirms it; that booking is then governed by the terms of the hotel or partner, including their cancellation rules. Eos publishes its own booking terms; read them before you pay.

4. How we are paid

We may receive a commission from the hotel or booking partner when a request becomes a confirmed stay. You do not pay us anything. See how this site earns.

5. External links

We link to the hotel, event organisers, transport operators, government services and Google Maps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for what happens when you use them.

6. Acceptable use

Do not send false requests, try to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that harms it, or put other people’s personal details into the form without their permission.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, the site is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information here or from the services of third parties, including the hotel and booking partners.

8. Gambling
