Room family two
Oasis suites: a lounge, a table and the hills
About 81 square metres, a king bed, a separate living room with a four-seat dining table and a balcony facing south-east over the Adelaide cityscape towards the hills.
The Oasis suite is the step up for guests who want somewhere to sit that is not the bed. The hotel page describes a generous footprint with a king bed, a spacious bathroom with luxury amenities and bathrobes, and an intimate, separate living space with a lounge and a four-seat dining table. The balconies face south-east, over the city and towards the rolling hills.
What the outlook means
A south-eastern aspect from Festival Drive looks back across the city grid rather than out over the river. On a clear morning that means the line of the Adelaide Hills on the horizon and the first sun on the balcony. If watching the Torrens matters more to you than the hills, the north-facing Radiance River View suite is the one to compare; we set out the differences on the view guide.

When we would choose it
We would book an Oasis suite for four or more nights, or when one of you needs to work while the other sleeps late. The separate living room is the real gain. It also suits a couple who plan to eat in the room on one night of the trip; with a four-seat table, in-room dining feels like dinner rather than a tray on the bed.
Several of the hotel’s packages, including Beyond the Stay with its dining credit, mention complimentary mini-bar items “available exclusively in suites”. If you book a package in an Oasis suite, that part of the offer applies to you.
The fine print that applies to suites
Under the hotel’s October 2026 booking terms, guests without a valid credit card on arrival pay in full plus a $900 cash bond for an Oasis or Radiance suite. Smoking in the suite or on its balcony carries a $1,000 cleaning fee. The $200 pre-authorisation for incidentals applies as for every room type. Check-in remains 3pm and check-out before 11am; early arrival or late departure can be requested through the hotel’s Luxury Experts on (08) 7077 3588, subject to availability.
To ask about an Oasis suite on your dates, choose it in the request form below and tell us whether a high floor or a quiet corner matters to you.
