Questions guests ask about Eos
Twenty-two questions we were asked or asked ourselves, answered from the hotel’s guest information, booking terms and the operators around it. Where the hotel is silent, we say so.
Each answer below was checked on 1 November 2026 against the source named in it. If your question is not here, use the form at the bottom of the page and write it in the notes; we will find out or tell you that the hotel does not say.
Where exactly is Eos by SkyCity?
At 1 Festival Drive, Adelaide SA 5000, on the river side of the SkyCity Adelaide complex below North Terrace and next to the Adelaide Festival Centre. Open the hotel’s exact pin in Google Maps from our arrival page.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out before 11am. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested through the hotel on (08) 7077 3588, subject to availability.
How do I get from the airport to Eos?
Adelaide Metro’s J1 and J2 buses run through the city centre from Stop 10 outside the terminal. Taxis and rideshare leave from the terminal plaza and the car park zone, with a $4.50 airport fee. Routes are on our arrival page.
How much is parking?
Valet is $70 per vehicle per day. Self-parking in the Wilson Festival Carpark (levels B3 to B5) costs extra; the hotel does not publish the self-parking rate on its guest page. Both have a 2.2-metre height limit.
Is there a pool?
Yes. A heated outdoor pool and a warm spa pool sit on the Level 1 Leisure Deck, open 5am to 10pm daily and complimentary for hotel guests.
Is the gym open all night?
The hotel says the gymnasium is open 24 hours daily.
When is BODHI Spa open?

Where is breakfast served?
At iTL on the ground floor of SkyCity, facing Festival Plaza, from 7am to 10.30am according to the hotel, at extra cost unless included in your rate. See breakfast at iTL.
How far is Adelaide Oval?
Adelaide Oval says Adelaide Railway Station, which shares the SkyCity building, is about a five-minute walk away across the Riverbank footbridge. On AFL game days SkyCity opens a Game Day Entrance through the railway station tunnel, from two hours before to two hours after the game.
Which rooms face the river?
The Allure River View rooms, the north-facing Radiance River View suites and The Grace Villa are described with river views. Oasis suites face south-east over the city and hills. See choosing a view.
Can children stay?
Yes, with conditions. The hotel’s terms say you must be 18 or over to book and stay, under-18s must be accompanied by an adult, and guests aged 14 and under must be with an adult in the hotel at all times. The hotel lends high chairs and baby bouncers on request. Children may not enter gaming areas.
What is the casino age limit?
18. SkyCity Adelaide says you must be 18 or older to enter any gaming area and may ask for photo ID. See the gaming floor page for accepted ID.
Is there a dress code?
The hotel encourages a minimum of smart casual at all times during a stay.
Can I smoke?
Not in rooms or on balconies. The guest page describes Eos as 100% smoke-free, including e-cigarettes, and the booking terms set cleaning fees from $500 to $5,000 for smoking in a room or on its balcony.
Are pets allowed?
Not unless there are special circumstances arranged with the hotel in advance, according to the booking terms.
What is the cancellation policy?
For flexible bookings, cancel by 3pm Adelaide time on the day before arrival to avoid a fee of one night at your confirmed average daily rate; no-shows pay the same. Pre-paid, advance purchase and non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded or changed.
Is there a deposit or bond?
The hotel takes a $200 pre-authorisation on arrival for every room type. Guests without a valid credit card pay in full plus a cash bond of $500, $900 or $5,000 depending on the room.
Does the hotel have a business centre?
No. Wi-Fi is free throughout and the team can arrange printing and copying.
Can I leave my bags?
Yes. The concierge stores luggage before check-in and after check-out at no charge.
Is Riverbank Adelaide the hotel’s website?
No. We are an independent guide. The hotel’s own site is skycityadelaide.com.au, and you can book there directly. Our desk passes room requests to the hotel or a booking partner; see how we earn.
Does a request through your form reserve a room?
No. It asks our desk to check availability and price. We reply by email; nothing is booked or charged until you accept a confirmed offer.
When are the big festivals?
