Rooms and suites at Eos
Four room families, from a 40-square-metre Allure room to a 305-square-metre villa at the highest point of the building, each described here from the hotel’s own room pages.

Eos keeps its room list short. There are four families, and within the first of them five sub-categories that differ mainly by view and bed layout. Everything here comes from the hotel’s room pages as we read them on 1 November 2026; the hotel also offers 360-degree tours of each category on its site, which are the best way to check a layout before you choose.
| Room family | Size | Beds | Outlook described by the hotel | Living space |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Allure rooms | 40–57 sqm | King or twin-queen | City, hills or riverside, by sub-category | Bedroom with lounge corner |
| Oasis suites | About 81 sqm | King | South-east-facing balcony over the cityscape and hills | Separate lounge, four-seat dining table |
| Radiance River View suites | 94–129 sqm | King | North-facing, over the riverside | Separate lounge, six-seat dining table |
| The Grace Villa | 305 sqm | Two kings | Two private balconies over the River Torrens | Living, dining for 12, office, gym, sauna |
What every room has
The Allure, Oasis and Radiance pages all list complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-room tablet, the hotel’s pillow menu, a Cloud Nine hairdryer and straightener, a 65-inch 4K television, bathrobes and luxury bathroom amenities, plus access to the rooftop bar, the pool, gym and spa, 24-hour support and curated itineraries from the concierge. The Grace Villa page lists its own, longer set of features, from high-speed Wi-Fi to a private gym. According to the hotel’s sustainability page, every room and suite has the tablet, which replaces the paper guest compendium and also controls lights, temperature and the do-not-disturb and make-up-room signals.
The suites add a selected complimentary mini-bar stocked with South Australian artisan produce. The hotel’s guest page says you can ask by email for all or part of the mini-bar to be removed before you arrive, which is worth knowing if you are travelling with children or would simply rather not have the temptation.
Choosing between them
For a festival weekend for two
An Allure River View King or the Allure River View with Balcony gives you the water without paying for a separate lounge you may barely use between shows.
For friends sharing
Allure Twin rooms come with two queen beds; for four friends the Allure Two Bedroom keeps everyone under one booking.
For a longer stay
The Oasis suite’s separate lounge and four-seat dining table make five nights feel less like living in a bedroom.
For a celebration
Radiance River View suites face north over the river and seat six at the dining table, so a pre-dinner drink in the room works.
For a family or a small party
The Grace Villa sleeps four in two master suites, includes breakfast for up to four and valet for two cars.
If you cannot decide
Tell our desk what matters most — view, space or price — and we will compare what is open on your dates.
Things the room pages do not say
The hotel does not publish which floors each category occupies, except that Allure rooms span every floor and the Grace Villa sits at the highest point. It does not publish connecting-room arrangements or accessible room layouts on the pages we read; if you need either, write it in the notes field of the request and we will ask the hotel directly. Room rates are not printed on the room pages, with one exception: the Grace Villa page lists a starting price, which we quote with its date on the villa page.
