Request a room at Eos

Tell us when you are coming and what you would like; we check with the hotel or a booking partner and reply by email with what is available and at what rate.

This is the full version of the form that sits at the bottom of every page. It goes to the same booking desk. Three things to know before you send it:

It is a request, not a booking

Nothing is held, reserved or charged when you press send. We reply by email with what we found, and you decide.

We pass on only what is needed

To check availability we share your name and dates with the hotel or one booking partner. We never ask for card details.

We are paid only if you stay

If the request becomes a confirmed stay, the hotel or partner pays us a commission. You pay the rate you accepted, nothing more.

What helps us find the right room

Exact dates in YYYY-MM-DD format, and whether they can move by a day.
The event you are coming for, if any — a Fringe weekend, a Test match, a wedding in the Ballroom.
The view you want: river, or city and hills (see choosing a view).
Anything about access, cots, connecting rooms or arrival times.
If a package on the hotel’s site caught your eye, name it.

Our reply comes by email from this domain. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder, then write to hello@riverbankadelaide.com.

Your room request

Tell us your dates and the room you have in mind. Our booking desk checks availability and the current rate with the hotel or its booking partner and replies by email. We never ask for card details, and a request is not a booking until you accept the confirmed offer. We are paid a commission by the hotel or booking partner only when a request turns into a confirmed stay — how that works.
